(Saipan, CNMI) – Due to the upgrade from a tsunami watch to a tsunami advisory. As of 12:30 pm, Governor David M. Apatang in consultation with the CNMI Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM), announces the closure of all government offices for Saipan, Tinian, and Rota as of 12:30 pm.
