The Payer may send the remaining balance to complete the application fees by going to Other Requests of the Online Payment Portal and selecting NMI-131: Balance Due.
The Payer may then use the Payment Amount field to enter the remaining balance. Note that the minimum online payment is $20.00 per check-out.
May a Company or Organization make a payment on my behalf?
The Company or Organization may make payment on a Professional’s behalf by going to the Payment Information section of the Online Payment Portal and entering the Professional’s Name.
Note that the Professional’s Name must be entered exactly as shown in the NMI Nurse Portal.
What is the minimum online payment amount that the Online Payment Portal accepts?
The minimum online payment is $20.00 per check-out.
A 5% online convenience fee will apply to the total at check-out.
Any overpaid amounts would be credited to the respective account and would not be refunded.
What Merchant Name should I expect upon successful transaction?
The Merchant Name in your bank, card, or PayPal statement would appear as PAYPAL *1-A GuamWEBZ, GuamWEBZ, or similar. The Merchant is a third-party system, so please do not expect to see NMIBON in the statement.
