Effective immediately, ALL newly licensed candidate who pass the NCLEX-RN/PN and do not receive his/her initial license by mail with the address provided on his/her application, there will be a $75 re-issuance fee to cover the cost of printing services for both certificate and license. However, if an applicant is requesting only for the license card, the fee is $40 and the certificate is $35.
